Week 1: The Body Reset

Your body is the foundation of your glow. When you optimize your health, everything else aligns. This week, focus on nourishing, strengthening, and resetting your physical energy.

  1. Hydrate first thing in the morning – Start your day with a full glass of water to rehydrate after sleep, flush toxins, and kickstart digestion. Add lemon or minerals for an extra boost.
